Let me write down few points about what was discussed / informed / communicated with vodafone ppl.
** THE FOLLOWING THINGS MAY HELP SOMEONE WHO IS GOING TO OPT VODAFONE SERVICE EITHER VIA NEW CONNECTION/MNP.
1) The very first thing i never asked for hard copy of the bill.
2) You people never mentioned that hard copy really cost 50Rs and it is free for first 2 months and FYI I never received any of the hard copy - even though you were mentioning its FREE for 2 months.
3) I had communicated with 2 of your representative they said they gonna reverse the amount which they haven't.
4) The very much important thing from communication point of view " I NEVER RECEIVED ANY BILL FROM VODAFONE SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS".
5) Today ( 19/05/2013) when I had communicated with one of your representative LADY - she said you are charging me for SOFT copy of the itemized bill which is sent via email ( I am sure she don't know the diff between HARD COPY and SOFT COPY of itemized BILL )
Answer Me : " WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU 50Rs FOR SOMETHING WHICH I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AND NEVER ASKED ????? "
I am going to raise this issue with CONSUMER COURT - As you people are cheating me and all the customers and trying to make customer fool for the thing which you never send or they never asked.
I am already in a phase of WRITING all about your this frauduness to your FACEBOOK / TWITTER / BLOG all your social Websites, so people will at-least get aware about your frauduness.
STOP MAKING PEOPLE FOOL VODAFONE WE HAVE OUR GOVT ALREADY TO DO THAT.!
